A: Our escorts have medical backgrounds and provide English translation. Other languages such as French, German, Russian, Spanish, and Portuguese can also be arranged upon request(+30%-50% extra fee). All interpreters are trained in medical terminology to ensure accurate communication of medical records, diagnoses, and doctor’s instructions.

A: We can assist you in applying for an S2 medical visa (up to 180 days). This is an additional paid service. You will need to provide documents such as a hospital invitation letter; we will guide you through the whole process and assist with the submission.

A: We accept credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and WeChat Pay / Alipay (RMB). We recommend booking at least 5 business days in advance to allow time for arranging the escort and hospital appointments. For urgent requests (2‑4 days before the service), a 30% rush fee applies.

A: Cancellations made 7+ days before service receive a full refund; 3‑6 days before service receive a 50% refund; within 48 hours – no refund.

Free changes to appointment time or hospital require 48 hours’ advance notice.

However, this requires you to inquire in advance and provide your insurance details so we can match you with a hospital that supports direct billing. Please inform us of your insurance information when booking, and we will do our best to arrange it.

A: Absolutely. The procedures listed on our website are only the most common ones (health checkups, CT scans, stem cell therapy, fertility support, TCM rehabilitation, dental care, etc.).
