How far in advance should I book services?
- Standard booking:
Our system allows reservations for dates at least 5 days ahead. For example, if today is July 1, the earliest start date you can book is July 6. - Urgent booking (3–5 days notice): Contact our team for manual processing. No rush fees apply.
- Restriction: We cannot accept bookings with less than 2 days’ notice to ensure quality service.
How do I contact my driver after booking?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. It will confirm with your group size, service dates, cities, and pick-up & drop-off spots.
We keep you informed via 3 channels:

For punctuality, our chauffeur will arrive at the location 15 minutes early, ensuring a smooth start to your journey.
What languages do your drivers speak? Do I need to book a tour guide separately?
Our drivers primarily speak Chinese. While some can handle basic English conversations, if you aim for fluent communication and in - depth cultural exploration, we recommend adding a professional tour guide.
Our multilingual guides are proficient in 10+ languages (English, Arabic, etc.) and specialize in sharing local history, customs, and hidden gems. They’ll enhance your trip by translating, guiding you through attractions, and ensuring a seamless, immersive experience.

What is your cancellation policy? Will I be charged a fee?
- 8+ days before service: Full refund, no fees.
- 3–7 days before service: 50% cancellation fee.
- Within 2 days of service: 100% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: No fees if you postpone your booking to a later date.
What if I have an emergency and need to extend the service hours?
If you decide to extend the service time or add additional destinations beyond the original plan, you’ll be charged a reasonable overtime fee for extra hours and a distance - based fee for additional mileage.
Do I need to tip the driver, and how much?
Tipping is not required. However, you are welcome to offer a tip voluntarily based on your satisfaction with the driver’s service.
