Cancellation Policy

In case the Traveler wishes to cancel the Tour Agreement, the policy below will apply to the cancellation. After deducting the appropriate charges from the price paid, WakaChina will refund the remaining amount within 10 days from the date of the cancellation.

- It depends on PayPal or each credit card when the refund will be reflected on the statement.

Cancellation Policy for Chauffeur Services and Airport-Hotel Transfer

- If you cancel in the 24 hours before the meeting time: Charge 100%

- If you cancel between 1 and 2 days in advance of the meeting time: Charge 50%

- If you cancel at least 3 days in advance of the meeting time, there is a 100% refund: Charge 0%

- VVIP service: if Flight changes may result in service cancellation without refund

- VVIP services are non-refundable once confirmed

Important

- “Tour Price” shall include consumption tax thereon if any.

- When counting the days, we use the time from our system which is based on the tour’s actual start time using the area’s local time zone, 24 hours is counted as 1 full day.

- The cancellation must be done by the Traveler through the WakaChina online system. Please login to WakaChina and click “Bookings” on the top right corner. You can view your booking information and find a cancel button inside each booking page.

- To avoid any confusion please see sample case below:If a tour that is going to be conducted in Shanghai start date and time is May 31st 9:00 am. Cancelled on May 30th after 9:00 am (Tour Local Time) = 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancelled on May 28th after 9:00 am (Tour Local Time) = 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancelled on May 27th before 8:59 (Tour Local Time) = 100% of the payment will be refunded.
