- Last-Minute (within 24 hours): Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made within 24 hours due to mandatory airport security protocols.
What if my flight to China is delayed?
Don't worry! Our service is automatically linked to your flight number. Our VIP team monitors your flight status in real-time and will be there for you upon your arrival, regardless of the delay. No need to call or update us.
What if our travel group is larger than 10 people?
For groups larger than 10, an additional base fee of US$ 4,500 applies (plus US$ 200/person beyond the 10-guest limit).
Example: 12 guests = US$ 4,500 base fee × 2 + (US$ 200 × 12).
Can I add more guests to my booking?
Absolutely! You can add guests up to a total of 10 (including yourself). Please inform us at least48 hours before your service time. Additional guests will be charged at US $200 per person, subject to availability.
What documents are needed for the fast-track and VVIP service?
To arrange your fast-track through immigration and customs, we require:
- Passport copies for all guests (for security pre-clearance)
- Flight details (PNR and ticket numbers)
- Vehicle license plate number (for terminal access)
We will provide a secure link for easy document upload after your booking is confirmed.
Is there a dress code for the VVIP terminal in China?
